Access to Vivah Rishte is free, but Premium Memberships are available for unlimited profile visibility.
To use Vivah Rishte services, you must register as a member on our website, community sites, or mobile applications. Vivah Rishte is an intermediary as defined under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the binding terms for using the Site and becoming a Member, whether free or paid.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. To become a Member and promote your profile, read these terms and follow the registration instructions. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information.
To withdraw consent, discontinue using our Service and delete your account.
To register or use Vivah Rishte, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per Indian laws (currently 18 years for females and 21 years for males). The site is for facilitating personal matrimonial advertisements between legally competent individuals. Membership is void where prohibited.
You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, submit relevant information, and are not restricted by any law or authority. You agree to use the site solely for seeking a life partner and not for casual dating. Vivah Rishte may terminate your membership if deemed ineligible or if misrepresentations are found, with no refund for unused subscription fees.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach and log out after each session.
This Agreement is effective as long as you use our Site. You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting Vivah Rishte. No refund for unused subscription fees will be provided except where otherwise guaranteed. Vivah Rishte may terminate your access for breach of terms, commercial use, or inappropriate conduct, with no refund of subscription fees.
The Site is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. This includes linking to other websites or engaging in business activities. Unauthorized use will be investigated, and legal action may be taken.
Vivah Rishte reserves the right to review accounts and block access based on activity. You consent to receive emails, SMS, and calls from Vivah Rishte. Multiple profiles are not allowed. Provide accurate information and verify your identity with official documents. Engage only in advertising for matchmaking purposes. Automated processes or spam are prohibited.
Vivah Rishte may remove content that violates these terms or is deemed offensive. By submitting content, you grant Vivah Rishte the right to use, modify, and display it. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. Vivah Rishte disclaims responsibility for content and interactions between members.
Vivah Rishte is not responsible for incorrect content, technical issues, or any loss or damage resulting from site use. The site and services are provided AS-IS, and Vivah Rishte does not guarantee specific results or compatibility.
Vivah Rishte is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the membership term.
Disputes will be governed by Indian laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
You agree to indemnify Vivah Rishte and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
By becoming a Member, you agree to receive specific emails from Vivah Rishte. You can unsubscribe at any time. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and is governed by electronic record provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
